I love the "free fall" look that this drawing has. I have stacked tiles in drawings before but this time I have drawn different size Zentangle tiles to give depth.
I could say I drew 19 Zentangle tiles early this morning!
Happy Tangling for now ... Jane x
PS .. I have just added some photos to my quilting blog purrfectlyquilted showing my Zentangles on Fabric ... hop on over and have a look.
That is cool. I thought it was a photo of many of your tangles . . . great idea!
ReplyDeleteJane, this is a great idea - it's so beautifully executed, too! I did pop over to your quilting blog since you had a teaser about a tangle... *sigh* when I grow up can I please have half your talent? The quilted sateen runner/wall hanging is almost SHAMEFULLY attractive; it's gonna haunt my dreams for sure!
ReplyDeleteLove the multi-tile drawing! Great idea. And the quilts are fabulous, even more so because I don't do that!

ReplyDeletebeautiful, as usual...love what you do Jane...you have an exceptional talent..
ReplyDeleteVery cool, Jane! It reminds me of that big wall at Rick & Maria's with all the tiles that overlap.
ReplyDeleteThat's beautiful, Jane. I may borrow the idea for a door I'm going to tangle in my studio.
