I have noticed that I get thousands of viewers every month. In fact, I have reached over 5000 people in the past two weeks. It is a little sad that no one takes the time to comment or say thanks. Unless of course it is the same person looking at my site, it would be lovely to get some feedback sometimes.
So tell me, what makes you come back to my site time and time again? What do you love to look at here in my little creative world?
Leave a message and say hi :)
Jane

Jane I have the similar thing? Who can say? I don't always comment on every blog I go to either.
ReplyDeleteThanks Leeanne ... I do comment, but haven't been blog hopping for awhile now. I am wanting more interaction here on my blog ... before FB freezes everyone out by charging for posting like they do on our "business" accounts.
ReplyDeleteHello Jane....I am writing from Canada to say how much I truly enjoy your art. I am an amateur zentangler (is that a word?) and stumbled on your blog a while back. I find your work truly inspirational and I am sorry that I have not commented before now. Thanks for sharing your art with the worldwide community.
ReplyDeleteHey there ... thanks for taking a moment to say Hi :) It is nice to know that people are enjoying my Tangling. Thankyou :)
DeleteHello jane I am new to your blog and I enjoy your wonderful creations and for the tutorials. I get intimidated sometimes to leave feedback but will try to do it more often. I am learning to break out of my shyness.
ReplyDeleteStopping by to say hi! I can relate to your post. It happens to me too. I love that people are visiting. I wish they'd also leave a comment or say hi.
ReplyDeleteI follow you through bloglovin' and enjoy your art. I am in the zentangle group on yahoo and I believe it is how I found you.
ReplyDeleteI think i was originally drawn in by your zentangles. I don't think you are alone on the comment problem . I don't get as many visitors as you do but still very, very few comments....You would hope people would feel moved to at least stop and say hi! HI! Hugs! deb
ReplyDeleteHi Jane
ReplyDeleteI know how you feel. I had exactly the same thing. I have a scrapbooking site where I went to a lot of work to put up really good quality freebies every day. Lots of people downloaded them, but it was very rare to get even a wee message, let alone a thank you. It got me so downhearted I actually quit doing anything on that website :(
Anyway, I love your work. I usually see it on Facebook and I am guilty of not saying anything most of the time too. But I do share artists work, including yours, on my art Facebook page, where I hope it helps artists get recognised for their work, even if it's only a little bit. I kinda figure every little bit helps in getting art out there.
Jane, I totally love your art!! You are so inspiring with all that you do and share--I'll just have to remember to post a comment every now and then and share a little art love!! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteJane, i found you on pinterest after seeing your tanglations on the link at I am the diva. I am not new to zentangle but haven't had the pleasure of attending the CZT class to teach. I just enjoy the process. i also enjoy receiving the emails so i don't have to go far to look at some wonderful drawings for inspiration. Thank you for that.
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone ... So bad I haven't been talking to myself :)
ReplyDeletenot many people comment on my blog either. i think most folk just feel a bit self conscious about it.
ReplyDeletei love your Stuff! your blog is inspirational and fun to read/stare at.
Hi Jane. I tried to leave a comment yesterday but it wafted out into space somewhere. I am enjoying your blog and the zen tangles are so awesome. I'm learning as I go, and am having fun with my pen and little sketchbook. Thanks for sharing your art on your blog. Janene
ReplyDeleteHi Jane, I love all your work and don't always comment as I should. I have left a few comments though. I do appreciate all the work you put into your work and your blog. Thank you!!

I'm always fascinated when I visit a website for the first time and read a note such as this. What are the odds? As for me, I happened upon one of your tangles on Pinterest (where else?). Now I'm just surfing your site because I'm finding it interesting. Bloggers are an under appreciated lot ... but just so you know, part of each and every one of my days.
ReplyDeleteJane...I don't know if my last comment went through. It seemed to disappear but just in case it is gone I wanted to say thank you for sharing your wonderful work.
ReplyDeleteI believe the importance of art is acutely more apparent by its absence having once been immersed than by never having had the experience.
